Upon your morning or afternoon arrival at Port Blair airport, our representative will be waiting to greet you and will then escort you to your hotel for check-in. After you’ve had a chance to relax, enjoy a picturesque coastal drive to Corbyn’s Cove beach, a beautiful spot with plenty of photo opportunities. Later in the evening, immerse yourself in the captivating Sound and Light Show at the Cellular Jail, which vividly portrays India’s struggle for independence, before we ensure your comfortable return to your hotel.

Day 2: Havelock Transfer & Radhanagar's Sunset Charm

Today is dedicated to reaching the idyllic Havelock Island, often lauded as India’s premier island destination. Following breakfast, you’ll board a ferry from Port Blair to Havelock. Once you arrive, our local representative will welcome you and arrange your transfer to your island hotel. Later in the day, prepare to be mesmerized by the world-renowned Radhanagar Beach, where you can unwind on its white sands and witness a truly spectacular sunset before being escorted back to your hotel.

Day 3: Elephant Beach Fun, Neil Island & Sunset at Laxmanpur

Your day begins with an enjoyable boat journey to Elephant Beach, a popular location for various water-based activities, including complimentary snorkeling. After your beach excursion, you’ll head back to Havelock’s jetty to catch a cruise to the tranquil Neil Island. Upon docking at Neil Island, our team will greet you and take you to your hotel. The day culminates with a visit to Laxmanpur Beach to experience a stunning sunset, considered one of the best in the Andamans, before you head back to your hotel for the night.

Day 4: Neil's Natural Wonders, Bharatpur Beach & Port Blair Return

Discover the unique attractions of Neil Island, starting with a visit to the impressive Natural Rock Formation. Next, you’ll proceed to Bharatpur Beach, an ideal spot for swimming or trying out optional water sports such as Scuba Diving or a glass-bottom boat tour; refreshments are also available here. After enjoying the beach, you will be taken to Neil jetty for your cruise back to Port Blair. On arrival, our representative will meet you and arrange your transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Farewell Andamans

Enjoy a final breakfast in the Andamans before checking out from your hotel. A private cab will then transfer you to the airport for your onward journey, filled with delightful memories of this beautiful island escape. Please remember that check-out is typically in the morning; should you have a later flight, your luggage can be kept at the reception. Airline:

On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly.

Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.

Transport:

For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size.

If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Sightseeing attraction:

Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible.

Hotels:

The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by our guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.

Room Sharing:

Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender – alike) share a room, should read the instructions along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same. You can get in touch with our team for more details.

Meals:

On tour, we provide meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.

Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.

Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine.

We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.

Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.

Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.

Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.

Upgradation on tour:

Flights: Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.

Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.

Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of “Travel Samagam Private Limited“.

For Indian Domestic Travellers

  • All meals will be provided as per your tour inclusions by Travel Samagam Pvt. Ltd.

  • If any scheduled sightseeing is missed due to weekly closures, an alternative sightseeing activity will be arranged as per availability.

  • Standard check-in at Indian hotels is typically 1200-1400hrs and check-out is 1100-1200hrs; please verify with the specific hotel.

  • For domestic flights, baggage allowance is per the respective airline’s policy; guests are responsible for any excess baggage charges.

  • Guests are requested to pack according to airline regulations for a smooth travel experience.
