• The Story: This is the capital of the Ikshvaku Dynasty. It was here that King Dasharatha performed the Putrakameshti Yagna and received four sons. It was here that Rama walked as a child, delighting the residents of Kosala.
• The Experience: When you visit the newly built Ram Janmabhoomi Temple as the first major stop of our Ramayana Yatra tour package, you are not just seeing a structure; you are witnessing the return of the King after 500 years. 2. Buxar (Siddhashram): The Making of a Warrior

3. Janakpur (Nepal): The Divine Union (Vivaha)

5. Prayagraj (Triveni Sangam): The Path of Exile

• The Story: When Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana left for Vanvas (exile), they came to the ashram of Sage Bharadwaja here. They crossed the mighty Ganga on a boat, a scene immortalised in the scriptures where the boatman (Kevat) washed the Lord’s feet.
• The Experience: Taking a boat ride at the Sangam (Confluence of Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati) is a mystical experience included in your Ramayana Yatra tour package. You are following the exact route the Lord took when he gave up his royal robes for the bark of trees.

6. Chitrakoot: The Hill of Many Wonders

• The Story: This is the heart of the Aranya Kanda. Lord Rama spent nearly 11 of his 14 years of exile here. This is where Bharat Milap happened—where Bharata met Rama and pleaded with him to return, eventually taking his Padukas (sandals) instead.
• The Experience: Chitrakoot is serene and green. When you do the Parikrama of Kamadgiri, you are walking on the same dust that touched the Lord’s feet. The Gupt Godavari caves will evoke a sense of adventure and divinity.

7. Varanasi (Kashi) & Gaya: Salvation (Moksha)

• The Story: While Rama belongs to Ayodhya, Kashi belongs to Shiva. But the two are inseparable, which is why this stop is an essential part of our Ramayana Yatra tour package.
