Upon your arrival at Dehradun Airport or Haridwar Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our executive and driven to the picturesque city of Rishikesh. After checking into your hotel, the evening offers a chance to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Arti ceremony at Triveni Ghat, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
After a delightful breakfast in Rishikesh, your journey continues towards Devprayag, the sacred confluence. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel, enjoy a delicious lunch, and then set out for a sightseeing tour to explore the spiritual and natural beauty of Devprayag.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the holy town of Devprayag before driving to Rudraprayag. Once you reach Rudraprayag, you’ll check into your hotel, savor a scrumptious lunch, and later explore the significant attractions of this sacred confluence town during a sightseeing tour.
Relish breakfast at your hotel in Rudraprayag, and then proceed to the holy shrine of Karnaprayag. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel, where lunch will be served, followed by an opportunity to explore the notable sights of Karnaprayag on a sightseeing tour.
After breakfast in Karanprayag, your journey takes you to Nandprayag. Upon arriving and checking into your hotel, lunch will be served. The afternoon will be dedicated to a sightseeing tour, allowing you to explore the spiritual and scenic charm of Nandprayag.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Nandprayag before driving towards Joshimath. Lunch will be served at Vishnuprayag, after which you will explore the sights of this sacred confluence. You will then check into your hotel in Joshimath for dinner and an overnight stay.
Breakfast will be served at your hotel in Joshimath, after which you will drive to the holy town of Badrinath. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, have lunch, and in the evening, visit the sacred Badrinath temple to witness the Aarti ceremony.
Start your morning with a holy dip at Tapt Kund followed by a visit to Badri Vishal. Afterwards, you will go on a sightseeing tour that includes visits to Mana village, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Bhim Kund, and the ‘Mukh’ (face) of the Saraswati River.
After enjoying breakfast in Badrinath, you will leave for Srinagar Garhwal. Lunch will be served en route. Upon arriving at your hotel in Srinagar, you will check in, and later, you will go for a sightseeing tour of this historical town.
After breakfast at your hotel in Srinagar, you will be driven to either Haridwar or Dehradun, depending on your chosen station for departure. Your trip will conclude at the respective station.
Airline:
On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly.
Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.
Transport:
For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size.
If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Sightseeing attraction:
Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible.
Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by our guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.
Room Sharing:
Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender – alike) share a room, should read the instructions along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same. You can get in touch with our team for more details.
Meals:
On tour, we provide meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.
Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.
Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine.
We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.
Upgradation on tour:

Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

If any scheduled sightseeing is missed due to weekly closures, an alternative sightseeing activity will be arranged as per availability.
Standard check-in at Indian hotels is typically 1200-1400hrs and check-out is 1100-1200hrs; please verify with the specific hotel.
For domestic flights, baggage allowance is per the respective airline’s policy; guests are responsible for any excess baggage charges.
Guests are requested to pack according to airline regulations for a smooth travel experience.
