It is regarded as a holy city by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and the oldest in India. Bodh Gaya is a religious site and place of pilgrimage associated with the Mahabodhi Temple Complex. The place is famous for being the place where Gautama Buddha is said to have obtained Enlightenment. Gaya is 100 kilometers south of Patna, situated on the banks of Falgu River. It is a place sanctified by the Hindu, the Buddhist and the Jain religions. It is surrounded by small rocky hills and has a mix of natural surroundings, age old buildings and narrow bylanes. Allahabad the city’s original name Prayaga comes from its position at the sacred union of the rivers Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is the second-oldest city in India and plays a central role in the Hindu scriptures, containing many temples and palaces.

Itinerary:
Introduction
This itinerary includes your Hotel stay,travel and meals.Boat ride is included in Varanasi for ganga aarti and in Prayagraj foe Triveni Sangam Snaan
Day 01:- Varanasi – Bodhgaya
Proceed to Bodhgaya (250 kms / 5.5 hrs ). Upon arrival check into the hotel. Later visit Lord Buddha Temple & back to hotel.Overnight stay.
Day 02:- Bodhgaya – Gaya – Varanasi
Proceed to Gaya (12 kms. ), see Vishnu Pada Temple, perform rituals (if any) at Phalguni River (only Knee deep) and then visit Mahabodhi Tree and later after Lunch, drive to Varanasi (250 kms. / 7 hrs.). Check into hotel.Overnight stay.
Day 03:- Varanasi
After breakfast, Proceed to Varanasi sightseeing : Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Birla Mandir, Holy Dip in Ganges River and visit Shri Kashi Viswanath Temple, Visalakshi Temple, Annapurneswari Temple, Kaala Bhairav Temple. Here you can do optional Boat ride (on extra cost). Overnight stay.
Day 04:- Varanasi – Allahabad
This morning you are at leisure till 12 noon. Check out the hotel, have your lunch and proceed to Allahabad ( 125 Kms / 2.5 hrs. ) , enroute visit Sarnath Temple. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 05:- Allahabad – Varanasi drop
Proceed to Triveni Sangam, the confluence point of 3 Holy Rivers - Ganga, Yamuna and invisible Saraswati. After Holy dip & Pooja, visit Anand Bhavan (The birth place of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime Minister of Independent India) ( except Monday ) and Hanuman Temple. Have your lunch and proceed to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi.
