Introduction

Among the earliest tales of Prayag’s significance to Hinduism are the many versions of the Prayaga Mahatmya, which date back to the late 1st century CE.

Day 1- Arrival Prayagraj--Chitrakoot

When you arrive in Allahabad, your Chitrakoot trip begins. When you arrive at Allahabad Airport or Railway Station, our tour agent will meet and greet you. He'll come get you for the rest of the voyage. You will board the van and begin your journey to Chitrakoot by road. You'll stop at Triveni Sangam, which is a meeting of three holy rivers: the Ganga, the Yamuna, and the Saraswati. This is a sacred Hindu site where, after taking a holy bath, you are said to be cleansed of all sins and released from the cycle of rebirth. It is thought that this is where people find redemption. In the sacred water, you can do pooja and ritual ablutions.You will visit other prominent sights in Allahabad after lunch, such as the Hanuman Temple, which is the only one in the world where the idol of Lord Hanuman is in the laying posture. Hanuman ji is also known as the Prayag Kotwal. There is a sanctum inside the temple that holds Lord Hanuman's idol, which is 8.1 feet below the shrine. Then proceed to Anand Bhawan, which was Jawahar Lal Nehru's home. The Jawahar Planetarium, which teaches about astronomy, is also housed in this ancient house museum. The Anand Bhawan Complex also includes Swaraj Bhawan, a historical structure. It is the birthplace of Indira Gandhi, India's former Prime Minister.

Day 2- Chitrakoot Sightseeing

Wake up to a gorgeous day and a wonderful breakfast before embarking on a Chitrakoot sightseeing tour. You will then travel to Ram Ghat, which is located on the Mandakini River's bank. It is said to be the site of an intricate dialogue between Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, and Lord Laxman and Saint Goswami Tulsidas. In Hinduism, this holy site has religious significance and is a beautiful blend of spirituality and culture. You can go boating here and take in the spiritual vibes of this peaceful location.Then you'll go to Hanuman Dhara, a hilltop temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. From the temple, one may get a spectacular view of Chitrakoot's old town. The footsteps of Goddess Sita, who was the embodiment of Goddess Lakshmi, can be found in Sita Kund. Later, you'll travel to Sati Ansuya Ashram, which is situated in one of the town's most picturesque settings. Sati Ansuya Ashram is dedicated to Maharishi Atri's wife and is set amidst heavy forest on a mountainside in Chitrakoot. Here you can observe Lord Krishna's chariot. You can also see an area where women do a temple circumambulation and pay their homage to Mahasati Anasuya, the purest soul of all time.Finally, you'll travel to Kamadgiri, which has the highest religious significance in Hinduism because it is where Lord Brahma performed the first yagna after establishing the world. To gain blessings, devotees frequently complete a circumambulation at this religious place. Return to the hotel in the evening after the sightseeing trip. Day 3- Chitrakoot--Prayagraj
