Introduction

The great Hindu philosopher and reformer Adi Shankaracharya initiated the 4 Dham Yatra in an attempt to revive the Hindu religion during the 8th century. Now, thousands of devotees from all around the world become the part of it.

Day 1- Delhi-Haridwar

Arrive at Delhi airport, pick up and drive to Haridwar. Local sight-seeing tour of haridwar and Ganga aarti at Har ki pauri. Stay overnight at the hotel in Haridwar. Temples & Sight Seeing – Har-ki-Pauri, Chandi Devi & Mansa Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple etc.

Day 2- Haridwarr- Barkot

From Haridwar and depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempty Falls on the way. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your Barkot hotel/camp. The rest of the day is free to relax. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 3- Barkot-Yamunotri-Barkot

After breakfast, departure for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). From here there is a trek of 6 km to reach Yamunotri Dham. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 mts), the westernmost shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by Banderpunch (6,361 m). On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take a holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja, and take the same route back to Barkot, check-in at Hotel /Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 4- Barkot-Uttarkashi

After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check-in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. In the evening, Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 5-Uttarkashi-Gangotri-Uttarkashi

Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi

Day 6- Uttarkashi-Guptkashi

After early morning breakfast check out from the hotel and drive for Guptkashi. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free to explore the Guptkashi town.Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 7- Guptkashi-Kedarnath-Guptkashi

After breakfast, we proceed to Sonprayag. After medical check up we proceed to Gaurikund. Then we begin our trek to Kedarnath. The government has put up tents for stay at Gaurigaon, Bhimbali, Lencholi and Kedarnath, they will also provide meals and medical facilities at these locations. After darshan at Kedarnath overnight Trace your steps back and return to Sonprayag. Stay overnight in hotel in Guptkashi. You can also prefer Helicopter ride for Kedarnath Darshan at Sersi Helipad. For Helicopter bookings, please make it confirmed before arrival.

Day 8- Guptkashi-Pandukeshwar

After an early breakfast, we proceed to Pandukeshwar. We halt for some time enroute at Chopta. Chopta is popularly called as the " Switzerland Of India". You can enjoy a splendid view of the snow capped Himalayan peaks from here. Enjoy the beautiful drive through medicinal forests. When you arrive at Pandukeshwar check into your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 9- Pandukeshwar - Badrinath-Uttarkashi

Get up early in the morning and see the beauty of the majestic Neel Khant peak. There is a hot water spring here called as Tapt Kund. The devotees take a holy dip here before taking Darshan of the Badrinath Temple. Have your breakfast and then drive to Mana Village. This is the last village on the Indo-China border. Dep 11:00 then drive to Rudraprayag. Dinner & stay overnight at the hotel

Day 10- Uttarkashi-Rishikesh

After breakfast, we proceed to Rishikesh. Evening visit Ramjhula, Lakshman Jhula, Geeta Bhawan, Shivanand Ashram, Ganga aarti at Parmarth Biketan. Stay overnight in Rishikesh

Day 11 - Rishikesh-Delhi

After breakfast transfer to Delhi. Trip Ends.
